history on the move study tours
The Museum of Biblical & Sacred writings exists to make the ancient world come alive. Central to the mission of the Museum is to study and travel to the lands of the ancient writings. The context of the Jewish, Christian, and Islamic beginnings has been the focus of many of the History on the Move study tours.
Through the years, Dr. George Giacumakis has hosted many of these study tours to historic lands. During his career with California State University, Fullerton, he took a six year hiatus to serve as President and Executive Director of the American Institute of Holy Land Studies, now called Jerusalem University College. He and his family lived and worked in Jerusalem during those years. George currently teaches at the Cal State Fullerton Irvine Campuses and at other educational institutions. He brings a wealth of experience, a storehouse of knowledge, and a wide and inclusive network of international connections to our project.
The 2019 study tours to the Middle East and Europe are currently accepting registration.
