HOW TO DONATE

MEMBERSHIP

Membership dues are owed annually. Monthly payment plans available. If you would like to become a Museum Member, please download our Donation & Membership card: Donation-Membership_Web.pdf. Please contact Julie Shuler if you would like to discuss monthly payments.

  1. BRONZE: $2,500

  2. Bronze members receive year-long free access to our Library, Exhibits, Lectures & Classes for your entire family. You also receive a private tour of the Museum, given by our Director. Your name will be inscribed in our future permanent building.

  3. SILVER: $5,000

  4. Silver members receive a copy of The Meaning of the Dead Sea Scrolls signed by Dr. Peter Flint; year-long free access to our Library, Exhibits, Lectures & Classes for your entire family; and a private tour of the Museum, given by our Director. Your name will be inscribed in our future permanent building.

  5. GOLD: $10,000

  6. Gold members receive a private dinner with our Director, Dr. George Giacumakis; a copy of The Meaning of the Dead Sea Scrolls signed by Dr. Peter Flint; year-long free access to our Library, Exhibits, Lectures & Classes for your entire family; and a private tour of the Museum, given by our Director. Your name will be inscribed in our future permanent building.

  7. PLATINUM: $15,000

  8. Platinum members will enjoy the unique experience of having dinner with our guest lecturers, as well as a private dinner with our Director, Dr. George Giacumakis. Platinum members also receive a copy of The Meaning of the Dead Sea Scrolls signed by Dr. Peter Flint; year-long free access to our Library, Exhibits, Lectures & Classes for your entire family; and a private tour of the Museum, given by our Director. Your name will be inscribed in our future permanent building.

OTHER WAYS TO SUPPORT THE MUSEUM

  1. COVER A MONTH OF OPERATING EXPENSES: $10,000

  2. We are always looking for individuals or groups to pick up a whole month of expenses. This covers our lease, operating costs, Administrative expenses, Lecture Series & Archaeology Classes, and publications.

  3. DONATE OFFICE EQUIPMENT

  4. We currently have need for three new computers, library software, and a new copy machine. If you would like to donate any office equipment, please contact Julie Shuler to discuss specifications.

CURRENT PHASE OF DEVELOPMENT


  1. We currently lease a suite at the Irvine Institute of Technology at 8659 Research Drive in Irvine. During 2011 the following will take place through these temporary offices:


  1. •Continue to develop our Research Library for print and electronic resources.

  2. •Continue to offer our historical and archaeological classes and lecture series.

  3. •Develop plans for a permanent museum facility

  4. •Present fundraising plan to interested individuals, foundations, investors and developers in order to bring the Museum to its larger and more permanent reality.
